Η FIFA προειδοποιεί Καβάλα!

Ενώ η διοίκηση των Φάνη Ελευθεριάδη και Βλάση Τσάκα έχει βάλει σε μια τάξη την Καβάλα με πληρωμές σε ποδοσφαιριστές, προπονητές και υπαλληλικό προσωπικό, το ένα αγκάθι με παλιές οφειλές προηγούμενων διοικήσεων πετάγεται μετά το άλλο!

Το flnews.gr βρήκε το έγγραφο που απέστειλε η FIFA στους «Αργοναύτες», στο οποίο ξεκαθαρίζεται ότι μέχρι τις 28 Οκτωβρίου η ΠΑΕ είναι υποχρεωμένη να πληρώσει τα χρωστούμενα στον 32χρονο Ρουμάνο επιθετικό, Μάριους Κονσταντίν Νικουλάε, ο οποίος έπαιξε στη μακεδονική ομάδα την αγωνιστική περίοδο 2011-2012. Οι πληροφορίες αναφέρουν ότι το ποσό που πρέπει να καταβληθεί ξεπερνά τις 75.000 ευρώ και οι ιθύνοντες του συλλόγου βρίσκονται με το πιστόλι στον κρόταφο! Σας παραθέτουμε το έγγραφο της FIFA όπως ακριβώς αυτό εστάλη στα γραφεία του ΑΟΚ.

Dear Sir,

We refer to the disciplinary proceedings opened against the club Kavala FV in espect of a violation of article 64 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code (FDC).
In this regard, we wish to inform you and the club Kavala FC that the case will be submitted to the FIFA Disciplinary Committe for the evaluation on 6 November 2013.

With this in mid, we hereby urge the club Kavala FC for the final time to pay the outstanding amount immidiately, and to send us a copy of proof of payment.

Should the club pay the outstanding amount by 28 October 2013 at the latest and send us a copy of proof of payment by the same deadline, the case will not be submitted to the FIFA Disciplinary Committe and the disciplinary proceedings will be closed.

Should the club Kavala FC fail to submit a statement or pay the outstanding amount by the specified deadline, the FIFA Disciplinary Committe will decide on the case using the file in its possession (cf. art. 110 par. 4 FDC).

Please forward this letter to the club Kavala FC immidiately.
